Fri 15 December 2017, 12:00|Tottenham Hotspur

The Club is pleased to announce three new Official Suppliers as part of its continuous drive to deliver best in class sports science services to the playing squad.

Mammoth Mattresses have become the Club’s Official Mattress and Pillow Supplier. Mammoth’s elite performance mattresses and pillows will be used at the Club’s new state-of-the-art private player accommodation Lodge, which is situated on a site adjacent to our Training Centre.

The brand-new facility is due to open in 2018 and Mammoth’s scientifically tested mattresses and pillows will be included in each room in order to optimise rest, rehabilitation and recovery for the first team. Our players will also benefit from having the same at their homes, thus supporting a consistent and familiar sleeping environment across both locations.

Healthspan, the UK’s leading direct vitamin and supplement provider, has been chosen as our Official Vitamin and Supplements Supplier. Healthspan will provide the Club with its ‘Elite’ range which is designed for performance athletes. Developed using innovative formulations, the range provides the highest-level guarantee to athletes and players that the products meet the rigorous testing programmes for professional sport and governing bodies. These vitamins and supplements will further allow the Club to cater to the individual needs of all of our players both at first team and academy level.

Maurten will be our Official Sport Fuel Provider. As part of the relationship, first team and academy players will use Maurten’s innovative Hydrogels, which are built with natural food ingredients, to fuel training and match performance.

Dr Shabaaz Mughal, Head of Medical & Sports Science said: “We are delighted to add Mammoth, Healthspan and Maurten to the Club’s roster of specialist suppliers. The Club is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to support player performance and we are confident that these three new partners will play an important role in our sports science and performance strategy going forward.”
